5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Conscious Life Design is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier network. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to network availability, carrier policies, and device settings.

6. Age Restriction

Our programs, memberships, and services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals between the ages of 16 and 17 must provide verifiable written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to enrollment. By enrolling in any service or program, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement.

We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent. If we become aware that a user under 18 has enrolled without proper consent, we reserve the right to terminate the enrollment and issue a refund at our discretion.

Refund eligibility varies by program and will be outlined at the time of enrollment. Recurring memberships may be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
